At Genie, we’re building a community grounded in respect, sincerity, and shared values. These guidelines help ensure Genie remains a safe, meaningful space for everyone.
Violations may result in warnings, restricted features, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
1. Respect & Kindness
Treat others with respect at all times.
Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or hate speech will not be tolerated
Discrimination based on race, religion, ethnicity, nationality, gender, or background is strictly prohibited
Abusive, demeaning, or aggressive behavior is not allowed
2. Honesty & Integrity
Be authentic and truthful.
Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Do not use fake photos, stolen images, or misleading information
Clearly represent your intentions—Genie is designed for meaningful, sincere connections
3. Privacy & Boundaries
Respect the personal boundaries of others.
Do not share someone else’s photos, messages, or personal information without consent
Do not pressure others into sharing information or engaging in uncomfortable interactions
You may not record, store, or share voice conversations without explicit consent
4. Content Standards
Keep all content respectful and appropriate.
Prohibited content includes:
Nudity or sexually explicit material
Violent or graphic content
Hate speech or extremist propaganda
Illegal or harmful activities
Genie reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards.
5. Safety & Security
Your safety matters.
Do not use Genie for scams, fraud, or financial solicitation
Do not attempt to deceive or exploit other users
Be cautious when sharing personal information or moving conversations off-platform
Always meet new people in safe, public environments
If something feels wrong, trust your instincts and disengage.
6. Responsible Use of AI & Voice Features
Genie uses AI and voice technology to enhance interactions.
You agree not to:
Use AI or voice features to harass, deceive, or manipulate others
Impersonate another person, including through altered or synthetic voice
Attempt to manipulate or bypass Genie’s AI systems
Generate or encourage harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content
Genie may monitor interactions using automated and human moderation systems to maintain a safe environment.
7. Fair Use & Community Integrity
Help keep Genie a trustworthy space.
Do not attempt to game or exploit the platform, matching system, or AI features
Do not engage in behavior intended to mislead, manipulate, or unfairly influence outcomes
Accounts engaging in such behavior may be restricted or removed.
8. Reporting, Blocking & Enforcement
You are in control of your experience.
You can block or mute users at any time
You can report inappropriate behavior through in-app tools
Genie may:
Review content and interactions using automated and human systems
Restrict or terminate conversations
Suspend or remove accounts that violate these guidelines
